The Women to Women Directory is the first online directory that connects current and returning professional women who are seeking new opportunities and new direction to women who provide life, career-related and financial counseling. 

This new directory features only women-owned businesses because women like to weigh all their options, discuss pros and cons and face realities with other smart women who truly know what it’s like to balance work and motherhood, move from volunteer back to professional or lose an ego and gain a less stressful career. 

Unlike typical directories that are in an abbreviated format, listings in the Women to Women Directory are designed as separate pages that truly profile each counselor’s strengths and give you in-depth information about their services.  You’ll see professional bios or resumes, a full description of services, and special recognition that the counselor has received.  A listing requirement is three client letters of reference, and the directory also highlights services that are available via phone or email.  

Only services that directly relate to the Women@Work mission—to help current and returning professional women find new work-life opportunities and integrate and balance these opportunities with personal and family lives—are included in the Directory.  This includes, for example, the services of life and career coaches, resume developers, financial advisors, high end domestic placement agencies, etc.
