Today companies nationwide face two major challenges: how to recruit and retain talented, motivated professionals-- and at the same time create a diverse and multi-talented work force. With what has been called the "Incredible Shrinking Work Force", this is an especially tall order.

Employers can no longer rely heavily on recent college graduates and other traditional sources of new work force talent. The age 27 to 34 work force demographic is projected to decline by 2.7 million just by 2008.

According to Labor Secretary Elaine Chao, employers need to introduce new non-traditional employees into the work force. By 2008 the age 45 to 64 workforce demographic will have dramatic growth.

The Women@Work placement program gives employers direct access to women in this fast growing workforce demographic. Through our one-of-a kind network, you have access to a wide variety of well-educated women who have high-level professional and volunteer resumes. Most importantly, these are mature women who are pragmatic, dedicated workers willing to make long-term contributions to your company. Unlike the average 32-year-old who dabbles here and there and has already changed jobs nine times, women in our network have the traditional brand of loyalty, a broad range of tested skills and the wisdom of varied life experiences.
