Jann, a 50-year-old mother of four grown children, was not quite finished with the sequencing phase (the stay home to raise her children phase) of her career when she was pushed back into the workforce by an unexpected divorce. She completed her Master's degree in December, moved to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and has tales to tell of her reawakened job search in this difficult economy.
